MD and Founder
Sam is our MD and Founder and has worked within the creative and digital recruitment sector for fourteen years, managing and building professional recruitment teams in both the UK and Australia. She has built solid, long term relationships with a broad client base across agency, in-house and corporate and has enhanced the careers of many candidates along the way. Sam is a successful recruiter with an honest, easy-going personality. In her limited free time, Sam likes watching awful “B-Movie” Horror films and listening to The Kinks.
Alex is our Finance Director and one of the founders of Eden Marsh. With over nine years’ experience managing accounts, payroll, HR and compliance for a number of recruitment agencies, our people and finances are in safe hands. When he’s not deep in a spreadsheet and doing sums, you can find Alex in the kitchen perfecting his pasta sauce or dusting down his beloved vinyl collection.
Zoe is an Associate Director and a founding member of Eden Marsh. With over fifteen years in creative recruitment, Zoe brings a wealth of experience recruiting for some of London’s top agencies and well known in-house creative departments. Zoe has an excellent network of candidates, and works very hard on their behalf to place them within organisations where she knows they will thrive and be very happy! She also owns the oldest Nissan Micra this side of Japan.
Freelance Recruitment Consultant
Jamie has thirteen years’ experience working within the creative industry for several design and advertising agencies in London. He joined us in 2014, bringing a creative expertise that few recruiters possess. Jamie has an excellent understanding of what makes a great candidate and can offer them genuine advice when looking for new opportunities. Jamie is also obsessively neat and tidy, which explains his unhealthy fear of crisps and he probably has the neatest desk in London.
Chris joined the team in April 2016. Despite being new to the recruitment world, he started his working career as an Artworker for 6 years before leaning towards Account Management within the print and web industry. He has a great empathy with candidates as he is far more used to being the interviewee than the interviewer. Chris was born in the wrong era and would feel much happier in the 1960’s. He spends his weekends polishing his Classic Mini Cooper or riding his 1962 Lambretta.
