The Studio
Design studio with a fine art sensibility are looking for a talented Account Manager to join their team. Their work is concept and ideas-led, backed up by a rigorous and strategic thought process. Their work spans branding, naming, integrated campaigns, design & marketing collateral across the print and digital environment, as well as large-scale signage, wayfinding systems, working with leading brands across all sectors.
This agency is based in SW London.
The Role
They are looking for a motivated and meticulous Account/Project Manager to join their team in London, this is a new role for them. The ideal applicant should have experience of working on a range of client accounts, and the day-to-day management and delivery of projects. You will ideally be familiar with large-scale signage and wayfinding projects, including an understanding of production and installation workflows.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and empathetically. You will have great people skills, excel at building relationships and be a natural problem solver. The role will involve close collaboration with the internal team to plan, budget, schedule and oversee the production of work across multiple disciplines.
This role will be a good fit for an ambitious individual who thrives working both independently and in a team, within a small company environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring authentic, transparent, and empathetic communication.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships.
Project and Production Management:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial briefing to final delivery, while fostering a balance between efficiency and creativity.
- Develop timelines, budgets, and project scopes, ensuring all deliverables align with the studio’s commitment to mindful and purposeful design.
- Create a project environment that encourages open communication and thoughtful collaboration.
- Liaise with external production teams and suppliers.
- Assist with growing and managing the internal team and studio tasks, and studio scheduling.
Creative Studio Liaison:
- Act as a bridge between clients and the creative team, ensuring the flow of ideas aligns with shared intentions and goals.
- Facilitate reviews and feedback sessions that honour both the creative process and the client’s/project objectives.
Mindful Leadership:
- Foster a positive, conscious, and collaborative work environment that encourages creative exploration, mindfulness, and balance.
Purpose-Driven Problem Solving. - Approach challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

The Ideal Candidate
- Experience of working on a range of client accounts, and the day-to-day management and delivery of projects within a creative environment.
- You will ideally be familiar with large-scale signage and wayfinding projects, including an understanding of production and installation workflows.
